Class: Expecting and Newborn (nb-3mo) Right Start Sleep Workshop
Price: $50 per person, $60 per couple
Description:
The 2 ½ hr. class is for parents of expecting and newborns up to 3 months. The class will cover healthy sleep habits, the ideal sleeping environment and gentle methods to help lengthen your newborn’s day and night sleep.
We will discuss age appropriate: sleep requirements and sleep goals for each stage of development during the first 3 months. We will learn about Dr. Karp’s 5 S's and how to calm a fussy newborn.
You will get to ask questions and hear from other parents facing the same challenges.
The goal of this class is to help parents lay a healthy sleep foundation for their newborns which will get them off to the right start, so that they may grow into great sleepers!
Infants in arms are welcome to attend with their parents.
