Description
Unique volunteer opportunity. Clearing a former worm farm that's being developed into a fishing pond for the handicapped. Help is needed to clear invasive and all other weeds. Some work in the water (that would require that you have waist-high waders) but mostly on land, requiring no equipment. Gloves, etc, will be provided. Location is behind the fish hatchery in Friant. Take Friant Road toward Millerton, turn left on Brook Trout toward the river, you can't miss it. Starts at 9, but you could come whenever.
