Mindfulness Meditation Drop-In Meetup

The drop-in is offered on a donation basis, with a suggested dana of $5 to fund scholarships for mindful living workshops, and includes two guided meditations with Lori Granger of The Center for Mindfulness. The hour-long drop-in also incorporates gentle movement, and a twenty-minute sitting. Zafus & zabutans (sitting cushions) are provided. The room also features standard chairs for those that prefer to use them instead. We look forward to seeing you there -- and ask that you please RSVP if you plan on attending. Space is limited (especially for the purposes of our walking meditation) so even if you need to change your RSVP from "yes" to "no" -- we promise that we won't be offended!
