I will personally give you a tour! I will introduce you to the staff and other members who are considered 'gym rats'....that is those of us, who just can't get enough gym workouts! ( We actually live here!! ) We learn how to stretch, and start off easy. But for those who are already into it or have experience, do your own thang! In the past few years, our demonstrators have been on numerous t.v. segments showing off their skills! It's what we do best!! C'mon down!!! Give us a try!!!
