This meetup is about basic meditation and energetic healing practices. Meditation attunes one to self-realization, to their higher consciousness, and enhances one's intuition. Attendees will learn meditation posture, aura awareness, and discernment of energetic boundaries. This class is good for new as well as advanced students.
