Spirtual Growth and Transformation November Meetup

According to Eckhart Tolle, the accumulation of past pain in life takes on a life of its own. He aptly calls it a pain body and when activated it "possesses" us and we are not functioning from our fullness, but from the past. It interferes with the best we want and want to be. When we are not conscious of pain or difficulty, it will come out unconsciously in painful negative patterns of experience. I have developed a beautiful and grounded way of working with the painbody through my deep journey of transformation and would like to share it with others as a real and effective tool for self-tansformation. In this meetup, I would like to introduce people to this process and way of exploring ones inner being.
