The Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts (FCCA) presents “Focus on Color” an All Media Juried Show in the Frederick Gallery, 813 Sophia Street, Fredericksburg, VA. The works of Carol Phifer will be on display in the FCCA Members’ Gallery. These shows open October 30th and run through November 25th with a First Friday Opening Reception on November 4th from 6-8:30pm.
