About the class: Suggested by many doctors during pregnancy, this is an opportunity to nurture your changing body and connect with your baby and your breath. Appropriate stretches and lots of breath work will help prepare the body and mind for labor and delivery. No experience required & open to anyone interested in gentle yoga. About the teacher: Yoga came into Heather's life about eight years ago when her husband suggested they take a class at the gym together. She was immediately hooked! She was amazed at how it affected her physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Throughout her years of practice, she always knew that she would someday share her passion for it through teaching. As an Early Childhood Educator, she always found a way to work a little yoga into the day as she taught her Pre-K classes. She received her 200 RYT through Sol Yoga in 2009. You will find her sharing her enthusiasm about yoga while teaching kids or adult classes.
