No need to pre-register, just drop in. About the teacher: Theresa's passion for yoga started many years back when she was searching for a way to reconnect with herself. Her transformation was so powerful she knew she had to share her knowledge with the world. With a heart filled with light, Theresa loves teaching children and adults the incredible experience that is yoga. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Sol Yoga, as well as Childlight Yoga and Yoga4Classrooms. Thersa brings forth so much zest and joy for life that you cannot help leaving her class happy and inspired.
