This non-flow class is open to all levels. Modifications are offered for individuals with injuries or physical limitations. No experience or flexibility required. About the teacher: She has been a student of yoga since the late nineties, training in San Francisco, Los Angeles and now on her home turf again. Naturally gifted as a teacher, Kristina effortlessly guides students through thoughtful sequences & relaxing postures. Her background of dance, her passion for yoga & her ability to listen to her students all shine through in each class.
