Description
Meet up at Spring Ridge Self Defense 9093 Ridgefield Drive Suite 103, Frederick Md 21701 Friday nights at 7:30pm. This is my space where I hold Commando Krav Maga class. You can come and watch and/or participate. Wear loose fitting clothes and bring a cup and eye protection. No charge for first timers. Members pay $60.00/month for weekly classes. Classes are scheduled for 1 hour per week.
