Let's Laugh Today Laughter Club

Laughter sessions are designed to bring the health benefits of laughter to your life! When you pretend to laugh or act happy, your body produces the same happiness chemicals. Happiness becomes a choice and not a consequence of your circumstances. Anybody can do laughter yoga. There are no contortions or fancy movements. You do not need to be in shape. Come and enjoy this new exercise of simulated laughter combined with gentle breathing techniques known as laughter yoga. Everyone should experience this at least once!
