Enjoy the remaining days of summer by getting into great shape! Our Goal is simple we want you work out, to love working out, get hooked on working out and get hooked on Zumba®! This class is for the Zumba beginner, regular or advanced. We will start slow and grow together as a class! Zumba features interval training by using fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training to sculpt and tone your body while burning fat. Pour in some Latin flavor and international zest and you've got Zumba®! Come out and Enjoy!!! UPDATE: I WILL NO LONGER POST LOCATIONS AND CLASS INFO HERE ON MEETUP.COM. I've been on the receiving end of incredibly unfrofessional behavior at the hands of a fellow meetup.com/Frahimgham instructor!
