we will meet and workout in the club house. the workout room has three epiciptal machines, two treadmills, stationary bike and lots of weights to use. There is truely something for everyone. in addtion to this you are welcome to use the pool or the dry sanua after your workout. this is a great way to meet new friends, its a great way to get into shape at your own pace with out joining an expensive gym, it also helps me to get up and get moving knowing that someone is waiting on me. we will meet and workout in the club house. the workout room has three epiciptal machines, two treadmills, stationary bike and lots of weights to use. There is truely something for everyone. in addtion to this you are welcome to use the pool or the dry sanua after your workout. this is a great way to meet new friends, its a great way to get into shape at your own pace with out joining an expensive gym, it also helps me to get up and get moving knowing that someone is waiting on me.
