Distance and Trail Rating: 6K & 10km 1
Start Point Address / Driving Directions:
2160 McGregor Blvd. From the north or south on I-75 take Exit 138. Turn left from the south and right from the north and follow Martin Luther King Blvd for about 5 miles. Drive in the left lane until after Fowler St. You'll see why. At the underpass this becomes McGregor. Turn RIGHT at Altamont (signal) and RIGHT again to the Publix parking lot on the left. Event Description: Open daily except major holidays. Event is mostly on city streets and sidewalks and features the winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. Tours could be taken during the walk if time permits. On Sunday the Edison Home doesn't open until Noon. Walk instructions provide an alternate route for this section.
