This is registration for baseball players only residing in Fort Myers American Little League Boundaries. Players new to FMALL need to provide copy of birth certificate and 3 proofs of residency. Please fax information to 239-369-2822 or email to frenchazevedo@gmail.com Proofs of Residency Options include: driver's license, Voter's Registration, School Records, Welfare Records, federal, state and local records, support payment records, homeowners or tenant records, and utility bills NOTE: NEW PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED TO A TEAM UNTIL THIS INFORMATION IS RECEIVED.
