TranscenDance: A surrender to thoughtlessness Sat, Nov 14 7.30pm Please join HERE II HERE for the debut revelation of their conscious raising Music, Dance, Meditation Play-Shop! The event will begin with the high vibrational sounds of HERE II HERE's heart opening, inspirational music. Ash will then take us on a guided meditation that will lead you on a journey within using gentle movement and breath work to connect you with your hearts center. After creating a safe space within our sacred circle we will begin to experience the new eclectic sounds of HERE II HERE that will inspire us to move freely and allow ourselves to dance without inhibition ... or just hang out and enjoy the jam session!!! Bring a bottle of water and a floor cushion. Chairs are also available. Doors open at 7:30pm. Please be on time!
