Tis the Season and I love trees, lights, singing and FREE plays. Every year Palm Beach County celebrates Shakespeare. Join me to see the great classic: A CHRISTMAS CAROL Ebenezer Scrooge is a confirmed miser. One Christmas Eve, he is visited by spirits who show him both why he has become such an embittered old man and what his fate will be if he doesn't change his ways. Scrooge's journey is powerful, uplifting and filled with magic. All the famous Dickens characters are here: Tiny Tim, the jolly Fezziwigs, the poor-but-happy Cratchit family, Jacob Marley in his chains, and, of course, the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future. You may bring blankets, chairs, coolers, and refreshments. This is an outside venue, so be prepared to dress appropriately and this event is weather permitting. I will bring a big blanket and some wine. I encourage everyone to bring a beverage or food to share and we can have a giant picnic with fabulous entertainment. Let's kick off the holiday season right.
