NOT EVIL JUST WRONG

I hope everyone had a great christmas, I have posted this meeting for the nashville 9-12 group, you can check there sight The acclaimed, Oscar awarded Al Gore documentary, Inconvenient Truth, has been required viewing for millions of children and most often without school authorities having discussions with or gaining approval from parents. Not since Public Service Announcements to support WW II and buy War Bonds has Hollywood's icons been so eager to advance anything as they do Mr. Gore's views on Global Warming, AKA Climate Change. Prince Charles, Britain's standard bearer, renowned earth research scientist, cautions that if we delay acting upon Al Gore's calculations, the human population will cease to exist before my twelve year old can enter college. In our pop culture, failing to recognize the enormity of this problem causes one to become suspect as unschooled, incapable of learning or, much more sinister, one of those parents who loves dirty air, dirty water, and is doing all they can to sabotage the human species. These conclusions and fears don't seem to hold up to my common sense but common sense must be affirmed by accurate and objective facts. What do empirical facts say? Is the topic conclusively answered or are there other accurate but less well-known facts that need presentation? Can't get them from mainline media and can't take the time to go to the library to conduct your own research? Not to worry. We've got it worked out for you and it is at the public library. Come see if an opposing view in the film Not Evil, Just Wrong might affirm your own suspicions or if you're wise to hold to Mr. Gore's view. As parents of school children, we are issuing a special invitation to all school board members but especially to our Williamson County School Board to view this film. They work for us, are fine people, want to work hand in hand with the community since better than anyone the parents know what's best for their kids. This film is not boring or dull and is open to the public since the parents outside of our 9.12 group can then have another, less publicized side to the climate change debate. A special invitation to appear is being sent to Nashvillian, Mr. Gore. Like me, many of you would like further explanations on his conclusions because, after all, we are as formally trained on this topic as he. Let's share the facts and the planet.
