Pre-Inaugural Ball (Change Can Happen)

A small trio of friends is hosting an Inauguration Ball at the Fort Belvoir Officer's Club on Monday, January 19, 2009 to celebrate the election of Barack H. Obama as the 44th President of The United States of America. The Ball provides an opportunity to celebrate in style and comfort. We are not interested in making a profit, however, we will provide a delicious sit-down meal, a live band, an accomplished DJ, all in an elegant setting. ATTIRE: FORMAL COST: $55 per person Social begins at 7 p.m. Dinner served at 8 p.m. Deadline for ticket purchase is January 12, 2009 Purchase tickets with PayPal or a credit card: Send email to 2009inauguralball@gmail.com and tell us how many tickets you want. You will receive an emailed invoice with payment instructions. There is a $2 service fee for each ticket purchased. Tickets will be mailed to the shipping address,or pickup can be arranged. Checks: Please make check payable to 2009 Inaugural Ball. Tickets will be issued once check has been cleared by SunTrust Bank. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a 75% refund will be provided. NOTE: The Officer's Club is normally closed on Monday, however it will be open to accomodate this special event.
