"Kindly don't RSVP YES unless you are 100% certain you can attend in fairness to other members and the organizers. We've noticed that several member habitually wait till the last minute & cancel while in essence other members could have signed up, but made other plans due to the event being FULL. Meetup Fee for this event: $2.00 per member $3.00 for playing guests of members WHEN RSVP'G, PLEASE INDICATE IN THE COMMENT SECTION ON WHETHER YOUR INTO PLAYING SETS OR JUST RALLYING. Time: 8:30-11:00AM Members are welcomed to arrive earlier than 8:30. If you do so, please save our group a court or 2. If the event is closed out (FULL), you may arrive after 10AM and Alfredo will somehow get you in. Typically several of our members play till noon. Courts also usually open up after 10:30AM @ Roslyn HS. Directions to the tennis courts: By Mass Transportation: LIRR to Roslyn Station - the H.S. is walking distance from the train stop. By Car: Northern State Parkway Exit 29 to Roslyn Road - head north on Roslyn Rd (go under the LIE underpass if you were heading eastbound on the Northern State Pkwy) in less than a mile you will see Round Hill Road, continue & pass one light (HS on your right) and 1st right turn @ Harbor Hill Road, stay toward the right & in a few feet turn right into the lower parking lot and then turn left to the upper lot closer to the track. Park your car and walk across the track to the 4 tennis court area. We'll be in the section with 4 consecutive courts. If you have friends or guest, they are most welcomed to use the big blue olympic size track adjacent to the 6 available tennis courts Please RSVP & express your interest. Bring 3 new/gently used tennis balls per player please. Hint: Initial your 3 balls if you want them back at the end of the meetup! Thanks "ROB" LIMIT 16 players
