Once a week the Cuisine Arts group gets together for lunch or dinner in a selected Manhattan restaurant to learn the basic elements of the culinary arts and restaurant management. If you've ever been interested in this exciting venue, here's an opportunity to hit the streets of New York City with an experienced New York restaurant professional. Michael served as a 2 stars New York Times Chef in several New York restaurants and successfully designed, managed and opened more than twenty five restaurants and catering facilities. Michael will help you explore and develop your skills in a small, friendly group setting at select restaurants around Manhattan. The workshop will be focused on the artistic elements of the culinary world, designing your own hospitality related web site, food photography, restaurant menu/concept development and the principles of restaurant management. The day will be packed with information and a hands-on cooking lesson to follow at the end of each session. Come join the fun and take part of the creative culinary process that set Cuisine Arts aside from other art forms.
