We encourage runners to come out and run with us to learn more about the club and whether or not it will be a fit for them. You are welcome anytime! We meet on Saturday mornings at 7am for our long runs at various locations. Go to our website and click on "where and when" and it will let you know where we are meeting for that week. We also meet on Wednesday mornings at 6am at Folsom Middle School (through October) for our track workouts. These are open to all levels and abilities....
