The Flower Mound Public Library will host “Finding Our Place Just Right,” a Gardening for the Soul program, at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 8 at the Library, 3030 Broadmoor Lane. Presenter Kathleen O’Beirne, author of the new book Gardening: A Window on Our Soul, presents information to help you make informed choices about your “place just right.” With the help of a quick personality sorter, learn whether you are an Agave, a Hosta, a Black-Eyed Susan, or a Red-Hot Poker! Your identification will determine the characteristics of the setting in which you will be happy and productive. You will be given your own identification guide and planting instructions (i.e., a description of your ideal environment), plus ample whimsy to fertilize your plot. Call the Library at 972.874.6165 to register for this free event.
