La Bohème, one of Giacomo Puccini's most beloved operas, will be presented in the intimate setting of St. Mark's Anglican Church by four singers in costume, accompanied by piano.

The world premiere of this masterpiece was performed in Turin on February 1, 1896 at the Teatro Regio and conducted by the legendary Arturo Toscanini. Since then, La Bohème has become an absolute staple of every opera houses repertoire and one of the most performed operas worldwide.

An explanation and summary of the plot in English precedes each of the four acts.
