Northern Arizona Kung Fu Meetup

New members will recieve a short introduction to the system. Then, approximately the first hour will be spent in warming up and traditional system exercises. The next hour is spent in instruction from David or his assistants in drills and forms. The classes are informal and everybody need only work to the level at which they are comfortable. A certain degree of respect and decorum is expected from all students as well as mindfulness of safety and courtesy. The materials learned here, are considered the property of the North American Tang Shou Tao and will not be shared with students of other systems.
