Description
Some plants may look beautiful, but they can have a devastating effect on Florida’s ecosystems. You will not want to miss this exciting workshop that will teach you how to identify the area’s most common invasive exotic plants and how to remove them from your property. You will also learn about native plant alternatives that will enhance your yard while helping the environment.

This workshop is brought to you by the Florida Exotic Pest Plant Council, Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area and includes presenters from the Florida Sea Grant Extension and the Flagler County Agricultural Extension.

ADMISSION IS FREE FOR PARTICIPANTS.
Pre-Registration is Requested. Contact Terri Newmans at (386) 517-2086 to Register. Participants are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch.
