Talisker 10 Year (Isle of Skye) Single Malt
Lagavulin 16 Year Single Islay Malt
Dalwhinnie 15 Year Single Highland Malt
Appetizer: Ground Lamb Fritters
Soup: Sweet Potato with spicy, roasted Pecan
Salad: Pumpkin Seed Radicchio
Fish Course: Hearty Autumn Fish Stew
