Description
This is a four week series designed for preschoolers (ages 2 1/2 - 5) along with a parent, grandparent or caregiver. We will use yoga as the tool to bring movement and awareness into the bodies of preschoolers. We use animals, sounds, colors, shapes and numbers in our poses along with games, stories, and music to make yoga educational and enjoyable for our little ones.
