Join us for this festive celebration of an old-world Yuletide season in Austria. In magnificent Salzburg, birthplace of Mozart, stroll through the charming medieval quarter and traditional Christmas Markets, where vendors display finely made handicrafts and the crisp winter air carries the sounds of your favority carols and the aromas of freshly baked gingerbread, roasted chestnuts and hot apple strudel. Sip hot mulled Glühwein (“glowing wine”) as a storyteller spins yarns, and delight in nostalgic melodies on the site where “Silent Night” was first performed nearly 200 years ago. In Vienna, you will embrace the riveting holiday pageantry as you ride aboard a private antique trolley through the streets and bake Christmas cookies in Schönbrunn Palace.
