About the class: Back bend your way into love and compassionion ! This practice will celebrate all forms of love and our ability to express it openly. We will dive deeply into cultivating an open heart to release physical, emotional, and mental blockages, with the intention to deepen your yoga practice and develop compassion with yourself. Discover your true potential by exploring deep back bending poses in a supportive and fun environment, including full wheel pose and its many variations, one legged king pigeon pose variations, and King Dancer Pose, to name a few. Afterwards, we will indulge our taste buds with some delicious locally made chocolatesto celebrate the holiday of love! Kate began to notice major changes in how she took care of herself and how she viewed the things and people around her both on and off the mat. Since then, she has been committed to practicing yoga on a daily basis, seeking out various styles, instructors, and information to further develop as a yogi. She completed her teacher training with Yax Yoga Concepts in Hot Vinyasa Flow in
