The Uniform Drafters of UCC Article 9 drafted several Amendments to the Code. North Dakota was the first state to enact the latest Amendments in 2011 with House Bill 1137. The Amendments take effect on July 1, 2013, but that's not all. North Dakota also made several other interim and internal changes to its UCC Article 9.
