It has evolved over the years from a few pages long to a hundred pages long. And then shrunk again as web media took over as means to deliver the news. Earlier this year, the last print edition of the Journal was issued. Today members download their Journal and read news, reviews and how-to articles via the electronic Pi Journal, in Adobe Portable Data File format viewable with either Preview or Adobe Reader. Come view and thumb through copies of the old Pi Journals, have a bite to eat and a bit to drink, and reminisce about the old times or what is new in the life of your Mac. Great day for Snow Leopard Rebate Bookkeeping! Members are encouraged to bring your Snow Leopard receipt, fill in a rebate application form to receive a one-time $20 off membership renewal. Snow Leopard receipts must be received by December 31, 2009; membership renewal discount does not expire. Lost your receipt? We will accept a xerox of you Snow Leopard DVD as a receipt substitute. If your computer isn't a Intel Mac and cannot be upgraded to Snow Leopard, same $20 off membership discount is offered to members with Leopard receipts received before December 31, 2009.
