Description
Join Indian Spice Club hosted by The Mystic Kitchen for a savory sojourn to south India. First we'll warm up the winter night with cardomom spiced chai, accompanied by idli chaat, a delicious sweet and sour tamarind appetizer. Then create Pritha's own sambhar, a lentil-based soup, perfected in lessons at a renowned Taj Hotel restaurant in Tamil Nadu. We'll end with divine dosas, an Indian crepe stuffed with vegetarian goodies, served with coconut chutney to cool the palate. As with all Indian Spice Club meetups, ingredients and recipes will be provided at the class.
