Monday Morning Yoga - Multi level

Monday, March 5, 2012 through Monday, April 9, 2012. Mondays 8:45 - 10 am. Come try out a morning class and start your day with movement and purpose. This multi-leveled class invites each practitioner to work at his or her own pace, allows gentle exploration of each pose and gives guidance toward expanding one's abilities.
