Merilee's Second Annual Morning March for Mental Wellness

The 2nd annual Merilee's Morning March will take place May 19 at Perinton Park in Fairport. This meaningful, moving event will raise awareness and funds for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Western New York Chapter.

Please consider making this tranquil stroll along the historic Erie Canal followed by a family picnic at Perinton Park. After the walk, we'll fire up the grill, some of the area's best musicians will entertain, children can play in a special activity center, and vendors will offer handmade goods, original artwork and other sought-after products.

Dealing with depression, preventing suicide and coping with losing loved ones to suicide will be addressed by speakers.

Registration opens at 9 a.m. The walk begins at 10.
