Speaker: Charles Thompson, partner at Kauff, McClain & McGuire LLP in San Francisco, has extensive counseling and litigation experience representing employers in wrongful termination, discrimination and other employment-related cases. He also teaches for San Francisco Law School, and the Council on Education in Management, the largest provider of employment-related seminars in the U.S. Charles is also a former national board member for the NAMES Project Foundation.
