"Sweat & Stretch " Bootcamp Meetup

If you enjoy testing your physical limits in a supportive yet competitive group setting (whether you'd like to lose weight, become more athletic or would like to be healthier) "Sweat and Stretch" will not disappoint! We promptly begin warmups for "Sweat" Bootcamp at 8:00 a.m., followed by 45 minutes of full-body fitness circuits, creative obstacle courses & team competitions utilizing a multitude of equipment and exercises. At 9:00 we begin "Stretch", a customized multi-level 55-minute Power Yoga routine, which can serve as an intense cooldown to "Sweat" or a separate workout in itself. "Stretch" ends promptly at 10:00. Those who are interested in either "Sweat" or "Stretch" but not both may attend their bootcamp of choice and bypass the other. If you have any questions about the group or bootcamps, email [masked]
