8 am - 8 pm. Reservations are strongly recommended. Electrical hook-ups available (15 amps and 30 amps) at the campsites. Group camping for organized groups (scouts, churches, etc.) of 20 or more. For reservations, call the camp store, 703-757-9242, Memorial Day-Labor Day weekend; other times, call the main park office, 703-471-5415. Registered campers get a discount at the Water Mine Family Swimmin' Hole, Lake Fairfax's western theme waterpark with attractions especially aimed at young children. The Water Mine is open Memorial Day-Labor Day. www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks.
