Description
The Yukon Quest International has moved into their new home in the old Fairbanks Visitors Center at 550 1st Avenue. They invite everyone to join them at the log cabin for their Grand Opening, December 5th, 5:00– 8:00 pm. Karen Austen, artist for the 2009 Yukon Quest Race poster, will be on-site autographing posters and showing her original artwork depicting the running of the 2009 Yukon Quest. Guests will also want to look over the selection of Yukon Quest merchandise in the new store just in time for holiday shopping. Come on over to the Yukon Quest log cabin on the river December 5. The lights will be on, the cabin warm and the coffee hot!
