Zero Film Festival - Focusing on a niche in the independent film community, which has been traditionally ignored, Zero Film Festival is dedicated to highlighting truly independent zero budget films from the United States and around the world. In the age where the majority of festivals seem like Hollywood marketing campaigns, and even &39;indie&39; and &39;underground&39; festivals screen films with big money behind them, we offer the filmmakers out there fighting all odds something different.
The 1st annual Zero Film Festival is the first festival of its kind, designed to showcase zero budget films, opening the door fo original and innovative works from DIY filmmakers with inspiration and dedication (but not the budget), who sadly are all too often overlooked by the mainstream festival circuit. We hope to bring those in the Los Angeles cinematic community who are tired of big-budget, paint by numbers &39;independent&39; movies together for a week of original visions, great films and good parties.
