You’re the leader of your business which means you’re responsible for the destination, the route plan, who you allow onto the bus, whether you change direction if the road gets bumpy…. It’s a big responsibility. Is the destination you set at the start of your business, still the destination you have in mind now?Or are you trying to arrive somewhere different, but haven’t got the route plan quite figured out.  How are you going to get there?
