Be an Olympian this summer in the Windermere Olympic Relay. Form your own family team to take part to win Gold, Silver or Bronze. The Windermere Olympic Relay is not a 400 metre sprint, so there's no need to speed off from the start line with a baton. We want you to take your time and enjoy the Lake District sights, stamping your relay card at different checkpoints along your route! The start and finish line is the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction in Bowness where you will collect your entry card and your first ink stamp and drop off your card at the end of your race. Your challenge is to collect as many ink stamps as you can from the different checkpoints in the Olympic Relay which are located at five top local Attractions: the Lake District Visitor Centre at Brockhole, Windermere Lake Cruises, Lakes Aquarium, Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway and Lakeland Motor Museum. Entry to the Attractions is not required to collect your commemorative stamp.
