Description
The music festival weekend returns on the August Bank Holiday weekend, Friday 27th until Sunday 29th August.
This is a family friendly festival with views of the west Somerset coastline and beyond, on site camping, 2 stages, Open mic tent, Something else tea tent, a food court, workshops, real ale and cider bar, and kids corner.
Line-up None of the 30+ acts are confirmed yet. New for 2010 should be a small comedy tent.
Any bands/acts wishing to be considered for the 2010 line-up please send a demo disc, information etc to:- Watchet Music Festival, PO Box 36, Watchet, Somerset TA23 0XZ.
Tickets These are expected to go on sale in March 2010. Pricves will be around £40 for the three days with camping, or around £25 for under-18s.
Camping The camping field will be bigger for the 2010 festival and will hopefully have showers and hot/cold running water. The car park will be totally separate from the camping area and there will not be any camping in the new car park field!
Watchet Watchet was an Old Port which has now been converted into a modern marina. It is centrally located near to Exmoor National Park, the Quantocks and there are plenty of beaches. It is also possible to travel here by boat from Cardiff.
