14 Carat Grapefruit were overlooked by the new punk phenomenon due to obvious lack of talent and credibility. Despite an unparalleled work ethic nothing has changed. After a brief 18 year break they reformed the original line up with Lem on Bass, Birdy on Guitar, Otto shouting but noticed they had no drummer or songwriter/ second guitar. Tox and Sticks were recruited and the sound was greatly improved, as was picked up in the popular music press. Extensive gigging in the West End & North London followed and an international tour is planned (well, Tox and Sticks want to go to Amsterdam).Links
