Road Cycling Tours in Thailand The Tour of Lanna 10 day tour of the Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai regions. A road cycling discovery of Northern Thailand over 10 days covering 800km. Intinerary: Departing from Chiang Rai we first stop to visit some amusing monkeys at a Buddhist temple. We will spend the night at the legendary Golden Triangle, then heading south you will have a room with a view over the Mekong River. Next stop is a charming town far off the beaten tourist track, where we'll enjoy a magnificent cliff top sunset overlooking Laos. One night in a tranquil lakeside city will be followed by a tough days' biking to our ultimate destination; a sublime national park hidden deep in the mountains. We will visit an elephant conservation centre, before finishing off our tour with a day of tough climbs, exhilarating descents and a final challenge of the ascent to Wat Doi Suthep temple high above Chiang Mai city.
