Scales will cover various topics including how to fund your startup, acquiring and maintaining clients, project management and scope increase, employee training, retention and management, and dealing with success and failures. The night will be beneficial for freelancers and small shop owners a like so bring your most pressing questions for the discussion that will follow Robert's presentation.
