Come and celebrate Kiku no Sekku (The Chrysanthemum Festival).
Kiku no Sekku, is the Chrysanthemum Festival (normally celebrated on September 9th). The chrysanthemum is a flower of special importance to the Japanese. The 16-petaled chrysanthemum is the Imperial crest. Chrysanthemum display at the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden.
