Lamb of God
The roots of Lamb of God were planted in 1990 when Mark Morton, Chris Adler and John Campbell were floor mates at Virginia Commonwealth University. The trio began playing at Adler's house in Richmond weathering chilly conditions. "There was no heat at the house," recalls Campbell. "We would freeze our asses off, get really drunk and hang around the kerosene heaters trying to write metal songs. Kerosene fumes and Black Label beer were definitely what fueled our early days." Job For A Cowboy
In a little over a year after their solidified line up, 2 years after their conception, Job for a Cowboy has made Their debut EP, Doom, released in December on King of the Monsters (The Locust, Breather Resist, Creation Is Crucifixion). The band spent a months in preperatoin in order to record the most powerful album they could. In songwriting, they consistently seek out opportunities to challenge themselves in mastering levels of technical achievments found in their wide range of influences.
