HRM Weight Loss Challenge November Meetup

We are a group dedicated to learning about nutrition, losing weight, having fun, and winning cash! We weigh in each week (in private), get our measurements taken (3 times during the challenge) and have a brief lesson on the nutrition topic of the week. We have group discussion, share success stories, and have weekly prizes for weight loss. Our challenge is a 12 week commitment, because we have found that it takes a few months to break habits, form new ones and be able to sustain them in your life. We offer free counseling, and we help people to lose weight and get healthy by learning about nutrition. We give tips on exercising, how to maximize weight loss, and the best is, the registration money that is collected goes to the top 3 winners! Join our Challenge for only $35. $10 of every registration fee is donated to a local charity. The remaining $25 goes to prizes for the Top 3 Winners (50%, 30%, 20%). Our next challenge starts on November 5th. We will run from Nov 5th-Dec 10th, break for the holidays and then start back up January 7th- Febuary 11th. Group meets once per week for 30-45 minutes.
